Slow, no watch, no gadgets, no nothing. Nice. Must do at least half my training this way. Just running.

Better than yesterday. My legs were actually sore from yesterday's snail-paced 6.5. It's kind of cool to rebuild. Can't remember the last time I felt the effects of an easy training run the next day.
