Notes
Mile marker 4 to mile marker 8 and back. 9:45s out and 8:15-8:40s back.
Hadn't planned on speeding up, but had to get around a couple of bullhorn loudmouth Yankee chicks near the turnaround. When I blew by them, they clapped their yappers and tried to catch me which pissed me off which threw me into a faster pace which was actually feeling kind of nice by the time I had totally lost them which meant I just went on and kept it on up back to MM 4.
They're probably back home having a hoagie and a pop and angrily listening to folk music right now.
