First six miles = 52:16
Last six miles = 53:59
Walked at six mile turn and sucked down a Cliff Shot = 1:25 which is not included in overall time.
Most of the run was brutal. Never felt comfortable. Miles 8-10 were a death march and was surprised that the second half came out to 9mm. No water anywhere on the run and that was foolish. I'll have to plan better in the future.
Not a fun experience today.
