First time i done this with the bit extra on top it felt strange coming to where i normally finish and carrying on but it pushed me that little bit more which is what i need right now you know what they say no pain no game but felt ok right calf muscle seemed ok so hopefully it is ok my max heart rate after climbing Blyth road and then straight on to Wingfield ave hill was 189=96% good effort 9 mile for me tomo
