Notes
Ran 3 miles on the trail with Copper this cool drizzly morning. Splits were 12:17, 13:03, and 11:03. Naturally there was a pit stop for Copper in the middle of the second mile. :) We saw several deer, a couple of turkeys, and a heron (twice). It's nice to be running again after a brief break due to work and schedule conflicts. :) I must admit that my muscles feel pretty tired this morning. Copper looks like he's either ready for a nap or another run. ;)
