Extremely hot out, in the upper 90's... I wanted to get out today to get some exposure to the heat and start the acclimation process... I didn't mean for this to turn into a threshold run but two people, one behind I didn't want to pass me, and one in front I wanted to keep in play, kept me going hard. I really felt this run after I was done.
