9,5 Groton trail race. Ran it as a workout bc i knew my legs were sore from yesterday. Lots of single track steep short up and downhills, just like at the merrimack trail. Legs were really sore, walked alot of uphills, stopped at the water stops. This was pretty tough, harder than last weeks half marathon bc i went out too fast so was breathing heavy from the second mile on. Legs are feeling this. It was fun in a masochistic sort of way. i want to do this again.
