Notes

First run with Wave Riders. Definately felt the extra cushioning for the feet, especially compared to yesterday when my feet were sore on the outside of the arch area after running with the Kinvaras. Ran easy and slow 10/9.5/9 for first 30 minutes, then light stretch, HR ~ 127. Next 30 minutes at 9's. HR ~ 136-138 at finish, was sweating a little bit.

Good news: wore knee support on right knee and right knee didn't bother me the whole jog. But left knee still has that very dull nagging tendonitis type pain on the outside. This has been going on for a long time.

Will keep going easy for the next few weeks. Cold seems to be getting a little better, but still waking up 5-6 times during the night and getting poor sleep.
