Easy 1 hr run. Good news - Made it wo knee flairing up.

Bad news - gotta run really slow.

WU 1 @ 10; 1 @ 9.5; Rest at 9. Put knee support on right knee at 30 minutes. Thinking of getting one for the left knee too. Still sweated a little bit, and HR was ~138-144 at 30 min and 1 hr. Should get new neutral cushion shoes bc the Kinvaras don't have alot of cushion and my feet feel it after running in them.
