WU for 15-20 minutes. easy jog with some strides.

WO: 6 x ~800 @ 6:22 (9.4) for 3 min each with 2 min RI walk/jog. TM @ 1 deg. Haven't done anything faster in so long. Went pretty good, legs felt pretty good, stride was comfortable, breathing was pretty comfortable, a little elevated on the last couple intervals. It was comfortable, could have done it faster or a few more, but i guess that's how you're supposed to feel.

CD: 5 min, then stretching.
