前面一直在注意控制心跳不超过152。中间3mile下大雨,一度雨很大,水库沙地无法跑。蹦蹦跳跳跑到发水的马路上。喝了几次水,没有停表,所以数据上能看出来。有一两次脱鞋倒沙子。15mile吃了一个胶,开始冲8:30 pace,但很费力,中间喝了一次水养力气,19mile 8分半跑完基本就没力气了。

When you run a 8:30 at mile 19, you can run 8:30 across marathon distance on race day. Very nice.
