Well, definately not my best performance but I am happy considering the lack of regular interval training. Very humid and hot day compared to last year. 55 degrees last year compared to 75 this year! Last year's time was 43:20 and 12 in gender/age group with 6:59 pace. Off by about 57 seconds. Last year my fastest mile was 5-6 which has the big hill @ 6:46, this year 7:16... I wonder why. I put last years' data in the interval notes above.
Last year 12/225, this year 13/234... in other words about the same placement considering the heat.
Also my overall placement was better with more runners this year.
Tomorrow I do 17 miler with CN crew. About 12 coming! Will be fun.
