Long ~17-20 miles is good if you can get vertical. If not then push this upwards of ~25 or so miles. If you feel good (or just OK) then push beyond this! Up to 26-28. Just volume, no need to over think it!

Good run this morning but did not sleep well last night so was difficult getting started early. Only had time for 21 due to late start and when I needed to be home. Will run 6 easy tomorrow to make up for it. Good weekend overall after another spotty week. This week should be much better although we have a big snow storm coming in midweek.
