tough day this morning...warmup started relatively dry but 20 minutes into the run the snow started falling very hard and it was very difficult to get any traction to go fast enough for the tempo stuff so i just tried to keep the overall speed as high as I could...i will try some speed stuff in the afternoon workout.

8-10 miles. Warm-up and get loose for the first 4 miles. Then run 10 X 1:00 quick strides. Just make them relaxed and comfortably fast (6:00 pace). Jog after each for just 1:00.
