Notes

Wachusett Mountain- 5-6 loop attempt again.

No need to structure this run, treat it very similarly to a 100 mile race with the exception of allowing a little more effort on the downhills. A little bit of quad beating is good! Also practice your uphill power hiking and push the effort a little bit. Avoid strolling and try to keep a solid pace on the hikes.

Of course nutrition and hydration are the #1 focus.
