Long easy. No real maximum today. What I want you to do is simply run as long as your legs will allow. Keep the effort light and with high mileage in mind. 22-25 miles would be good with solid (but not ridiculous) vertical.

But play this by feel and just start running and then stop when you feel ready to stop. You have good intuition, listen to it today. Your legs will tell you when they are done.
