2" of fresh snow in the Assabet and it was all mine...what a great morning for a run. Felt good and just totally cruised it enjoying the peace and quiet.

Steady run for 1:00-1:10. Hold back a bit and just cruise at a relaxed effort, HR max would be ~150. This is an easy day with some volume. This day is a very typical high mileage runner's layout. Lots of days like this.
