1:30-1:40. Run by time for today.

No HR monitor- just run how you feel with the first 45:00 very easy and relaxed and then cruise the last half as you feel.

Push the downhills strong but controlled. Tomorrow is a long run so keep that in mind today.

Good hydration before and during this run! Eat as you feel and I think you should definitely start to try to go on the LOW side of fueling in an attempt to become more fat adapted. Take fuel but only eat it if you need it. Push through mild bonks if
