Long run up to 2:30. 2:00 minimum. Solid vertical would be good for today. As much as you feel like! No real structure other than start easy and relaxed for the first ~1:00 and try to limit CHO intake

This is just simple mileage/ time on your feet. Cruise and relax and enjoy yourself today.

No HRM, just relax and JOG.
