Notes

10 miles. Start easy and gradually build as you loosen. Try to do this on a rolling course, not super hilly though. Run the uphills relaxed and strong. Don't push hard up the hills, HR would max out at ~160-165 or so, just strong. All other running is relaxed and steady at MAF.

Great morning all around. Deer flies were pretty bad so cut it short at 8.4.
