Double long run weekend. If you can get up to the mountain then run some vertical. I want a solid TWO days so avoid trashing yourself today and compromising tomorrow. It's important to listen to your body and your fatigue here, so get to ~14 miles or so and then think about how running more will affect tomorrow's run. If you feel very solid then keep running!

Very diligent nutrition protocol. Eat and drink on a set schedule and try to take ina steady stream of CHO, ~20-30g every 20:00. Also try

Fucked up on my math so was only able to go 16 due to time...oh well...tons of climbing today all of it solid effort around 160. Tomorrow is a big day. Body is good!
