Notes

Same as yesterday but push to fatigue! No real limit here, if you feel fantastic then RUN! Log some solid vertical. 20-23 miles is adequate here with the 50k next weekend.

About 17 miles of hard climbing today with some of it being hikeable only. Really attacked it as I got further into the mileage. The other 6 miles was mostly flat. Overall a very good morning. I was psyched that I was able to hold hard pace on my last big ascent getting faster the further up I got. Body is good all over no knee issues today.
