Awesome run on Potawatomi trail system north of Chicago. No food or water taken, relied on plane water/honey bar. Body in good shape.

8-10 miles again listening to your body. No HR over 150 and do this on a hilly course only if you feel good and have ZERO soreness. Just relax and move keeping everything natural. This is just basic mileage.
