Cruised 9 at about 8:00 pace and then did another mile with Kate in 10. No food or fluid today just a nice easy morning. Body feels good - DOMS in quads and left hammy is tight but thats par for the course.

This is volume mileage- so just run steady and relaxed. If you feel good then allow HR 140-150 for as much of this as you want.
