Notes

Ran about 1.8 mile warmup with 4x:20 strides at end...then ran 6 x 2:00 going 1:00 @ 10k and 1:00 @ 5k pace. Then jogged easy back to start. Finished with 2.4 mile warmdown. Left hamstring unusually tight and left anterior tib is sore but otherwise all is well.
