Notes

Cruised easy the first and last mile but ran just under 150 for the middle 6 (about 7:15 avg). Body is good but tired.

8 miles- Steady run for mileage. HR max is 155. If you feel good then let your pace come down. Keep the effort comfortable though and avoid pushing.

Good hydration after this.
