right leg/hip were super pissed and I had to run/walk the last 2 miles...rolled this morning, will roll again today and tonight and have DT tomorrow...not sure what the issue is. Actually thought I had beat it because the first 4 miles were manageable.

At the end of this if you feel good- do 3 X 20" strides at just a relaxed and quick pace. These are only to loosen you up a little bit more so stay relaxed! Good leg turnover good form. Jog easy for 1'-2' after each.
