Notes

Easy 9 to get the lead out. Nice misty morning...perfect breathing air. Legs were tight but loosened up and all was good.

8-10 miles easy running. All HR's on this are below 150.

In the last 2 miles though, include 5 X 40&quot; very relaxed and controlled strides. No faster than ~6:30 pace and if you feel ANY tightness in your hamstring/ hip then skip these.
