Easy 9 to get the lead out. Nice misty morning...perfect breathing air. Legs were tight but loosened up and all was good.

In the last 2 miles though, include 5 X 40" very relaxed and controlled strides. No faster than ~6:30 pace and if you feel ANY tightness in your hamstring/ hip then skip these.
