Notes

20 mile Long hard run- no mountains today! This should be on a rolling course is all with no big climbs. This is very similar to Thursday's tempo run but it's longer :)

Wu) 5 miles steady at HR 140-150, hold back and relax. Then run the last 15 miles steady at HR 150-165 but after mile ~10 you should be able to ignore HR and just go by feel. This is a tough run and you should be quite tired at the end. No need to push the finish!

fucked up the run as I had a different loop planned but ran into a giant field of thorns that went on for miles so after a mile of hard hiking had to reverse direction and do the course backwards to get back home which sucked ass but whatever. Felt good today and worked it hard especially on the way back. Took in about 35oz of mix and one bag of gels. Body feels good though stomach is still suffering from some issue from earlier in the week.
