Nothing special to mention...just a quick shakeout cruiser...need to stretch lower back.

Training Plan Entry

Easy

Easy 30:00-40:00 jog only to shake things out. You ran enough in the last 48 hours to get what you need. Today is focused only on recovering and absorbing the runs. Come next Spring I would want this day to be a longer bike (~2:00+) if you are up for it. It's a great way to do an extra day of big volume but with out the negative stress on your already tired legs.
