warm enough at 5:30 to ride and then run with no shirt...i love April. Body feels great all around.

8 mi

8 miles. Start easy and (as always) build to HR 140-150 and hold this steady. This is a little easier than normal, just relax and cruise today. I want to ease up a tad this week with TARC in mind next week.
