6 miles- HR between 140-155 for all of this.
We want to keep your metabolism firing this week.
From today onward I want you to eat pasta every day for one meal. I would like to see an intake of ~400-500 g of ChO's per day. Don't count- just guess and try to load your body with ChO for Sunday. Extra hydration is required for proper retention of ChO.
