Keep the first ~10 miles quite relaxed and at your MAF PE, no need to wear HR, just run relaxed and easy. After 10 miles then start to work in to a rhythm that will carry you the remaining miles. The main thing is to start conservatively. Play the over-all volume by ear today. Just let the distance come to you. If you feel awful at 20 then stop. If you feel solid then just keep running!
