super easy morning...kept HR super low. Left hamstring tight above knee and Post Tib still a little tight on left but otherwise good all over.

Food:

One bag GU Chomps (apple/cranberry) - no issues

6 miles easy and slow recovery focused so HR is strictly below 145. In order to absorb Saturday and prep for this Sunday you need to make sure you do not push. Keep it easy and relaxed and on flatter terrain.
