2:00 MAX. Go ahead and head to the mountain and get in some solid vertical. No real use this close to Vermont in running hard. Cap your HR at 165 and never over 170. Solid hiking up and solid but relaxed downs. Youre close enough to VT that any damage you incur today will not be fully healed in time, so be smart! 2 hours max.

great day at MtW. Did the 7 mile loop for warmup and then did some awesome mountain traverses that I had never done before with lots of up and down work. I feel really solid and my right foot problems are GONE.
