was supposed to run yesterday but was up all night Saturday coughing so figured rest was better on Sunday. It was snowing/sleeting heavily this morning so I ran up tempo when I could with some hills but also spent a lot of time running slow in sections which were very uneven and had holes. Body is obviously still fighting something as I feel pretty wrecked all over.
