thank you Yak Trax...much deeper snow today. post tib on right foot is starting to get upset with all of the irregular running these days...going to have to keep rolling it and keep an eye on it.

HR monitor is optional. PE of Z2 or HR 135-155 for up to 1:20 total time but don't force it. No minimum time, stop when you feel like it. Relax and enjoy this! Don't think about running or performance, just let your head clear out and relax. This is how you need to approach Leadville, more of a Zen way of thinking where you're workign with your body rather than forcing it. Relax your brain and just get in tune with your body today, it will tell you when to stop and how hard to run.
