No HR monitor too. Use PE and hold it at MAF. Just relax and run comfortable early and focus on how you feel more than what a watch is telling you to feel.

tried Wachusett today but one loop took over an hour so went down to the main roads and just ran those for a while...the whole mountain was totally snowed in so I will give it a few days to midweek next week to melt down and get skied on. Otherwise, a good run...not much going on...all systems good.
