7 x 800m. This was another beautiful April morning for a run. On the first two intervals, I was regretting the fact that I had eaten a bowl of cereal 90 minutes before running. I need to plan my eating better when I run early in the morning. Overall, I was pleased with the way I ran. The intervals are not as bad as they used to be.
