It is starting to warm up here in Missouri. Today's run got hot as I battled temperatures in the low 70s with 60% humidity. I thought I would see how my old Mizunos felt as a change of pace to my new Brooks. I felt some discomfort in my right knee so I think I need to retire the Mizunos for good.
