I have decided to do most of my recovery runs on softer surfaces to take some of the pressure off of my legs. So this morning I ran to the golf course and took a couple of spins around it. At first, I found it slightly challenging due to the constant hills and the lack of rebound from the soft ground. However, when I returned home on the street, it felt uncomfortably hard.
