Index: -1. This was by far the coldest weather I have ever run in. I'm not sure it makes any sense for me to run in weather that would be any colder. I wore my jacket shell over my long-sleeve running shirt and heavy sweatshirt on top. I wore long underwear under my running pants on the bottom. I also wore my winter Gordini gloves. I was warm and worked up quite a sweat despite the cold. However, my face was exposed and really got cold. In fact, my nostrils almost froze up.
