COMMENTS: Index: 22. This was a pretty tough run for me today. The weather was cold and windy and I did not have much energy the last five miles or so. Jaira and Wilfong ran with me and that made the run more enjoyable. It's hard for me to believe that I did all of my marathon training without running with anyone.
