Index: 8°. I was a bit tired at the beginning of the workout and struggled through some of the faster intervals. I was completely gassed at the end of the 1000s and as a result, didn't have much left for the last two 400s. Though I wanted to throw in the towel numerous times, I just had the mindset of "I'm going to run until I collapse." It worked.
