Index: 20°F. It's always a great holiday when I can get a good workout. So Happy Thanksgiving to me as I ran hard this morning and was thrilled to able to complete the workout, despite some soreness in my right calf and left hamstring. I can't help but wonder if the left hamstring is what has been giving me back pain, keeping me from running the last few days.
