The rain made things pretty uncomfortable this morning. Not only that, but my nerves seem to be getting the best of me with the St. Pat's 5K looming just 48 hours away. I kept feeling various aches and pains in my legs throughout the course of this run. I have no doubt that they were purely psychological.
