Hr strength workout w Erin at 8:15. To GF-W with JV group, boys (inc Jonathan, Wyatt) + Morgan. Ran 1/2 lower loop hard/pace change. They did it again. I sent them up Williamson Trail; I ran backwards, did 3/4 of it. Back at BP, hard 400 (1:35?), then 3/4 jog back via bushes. Felt fine.
