Notes

Jog from home to HS track, and back (2 x1.75 mi). Continuous tempo run at 7:40 pace--3.5 miles. Felt fine on tempo, tho stopped before 4 miles. Stiff/sluggish jogging however. L heel/Achilles stiff.
