Notes

Harder to open up because I was cold and then finally got into it once the first rep was over. Breathing is a bit tough since it's dense air. Making sure to take my inhaler in the mornings from now on to ensure good breathing.

Aside from run: Mentality is getting better. I have more control of my circumstances and hope to make the most of getting enough rest + working hard while finding a balance that works well for me!
