Felt pretty decent during the run. Led most of it with Desmond. Boys scared of running next to traffic lol. Fun to get on and off the lakefront path. Hope tyler is ok xD seemed like he was very upset but I think that's how he deals with frustrations...although they say a man is only as big as his temperament xD haha take it easy now
